Original Artwork Return Policy

From the time you receive your original artwork, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition and packaging for a refund.  

 

We require all returned artwork to be shipped (with insurance and at your expense) in original packaging within three business (3) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned.

 

Art is personal and we want you to be happy with your purchase so if you'd like to return the artwork, feel free to do so after contacting us - no questions asked.

• Seven (7) days to contact us about your intent to return or exchange the work
• Three business (3) days from the day you contacted us to be available for pick up (if within the NYC area) or shipped (with insurance and at your expense) in original packaging after confirming with us that the work will be returned.
